Retention schedule
- Audit requests: kept until the audit is delivered, then deleted or archived within 30 days if you do not become a client.
- Client delivery data: kept 90 days after handoff unless you ask in writing for longer.
- Opt-out/suppression record: kept only as needed to avoid contacting you again.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information. If you ask us not to contact you, we will not contact you again.
Security
- 2FA required on delivery accounts
- Sheet sharing restricted to named users
- No secrets in trackers, scripts, videos, or logs
- Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not this site
