Payment workflow
The audit is free. If you choose to proceed, you receive a secure checkout link. Work starts only after payment clears, onboarding is complete, access is confirmed in writing, and the exact checklist is approved.
Cancellation
You can cancel before access is complete and before work begins. After work begins, refunds follow the plain refund rule.
Refund
You get a refund if we do not deliver the agreed setup within the active 48-hour window, if it fails the test and cannot be fixed within 24 hours, or if you cancel before access is complete and before work begins.
